About this element
Once we have nurtured a relationship with all four elements, we recognize that they form a holistic part of all things, including ourselves. So, as our Pathways turn Within, we begin important work to hold one hand back and one hand forward. Continuing with questions and conversations with each other, here we consider what we are doing to decolonize assessment in returning once again to Kinship so as to have, and to pass on, the strength and vision to take what we have gathered and to create from it an offering for others. In Within we find ourselves, and each other, anew again, in storywork and storywork sharing.
Pricing
As in all of our work, participants may approach this course flexibly. You can take it one element, and then one direction, at a time or approach it as a whole. For individuals the cost is $40 CAD per element, and then$60 CAD for each of the directions (Within and Above/Below), for 3 months access; or you can buy all the course components together and work through it all at your pace over 12 months!
For groups of 5-24 participants we offer a special rate and please be in touch with us to make arrangements that best suit your circumstances, and we will do our best to be able to work with you.

Other elements & directions
2 conditions exist beyond the ‘free choice’ of Elements: Within only after the elements, Above & Below only after Elements plus Within. So it’s both user-directed (initially), and organized (in its 5th & 6th parts).
Once you have completed the 4 elements, you will have the opportunity to complete your Pathway’s journey “Within.”
Once you have completed the four Elements and Within, you will have the opportunity to extend your Pathway’s journey in the directions Above & Below/Leadership.
